Place was very clean and cozy for a winter weekend stay. It was very quiet and never heard or saw any neighbors. Had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would have wished to change would be if the fireplace would have been gas or electric and not actual wood burning as we didn’t want to mess with the real logs. All in all, place was great! Would def rent again.

Great location for the day to day actives for the Insbrook Institute. Clean and new condo. We had a problem with mosquitos(a lot!) by our front door and back patio which would fly in whenever the door was opened. Maintainence came by to spray and take care of the situation. I stayed with a friend in July 2020, the property was easy to access, just right for two people. It is good to know that there is no dishwasher, no ice maker in the refrigerator, and no curtains over the blinds next to the bed. Those are the only negatives, there were plenty of appliances dishes and cookware. The bed was very comfortable, the couch and chair clean and comfortable. There is Wi-Fi available throughout the property but not a smart TV to sign in to Netflix or Disney plus etc. We were able to walk to the beach access nearby. If you are staying during the summer, there are restrictions for the pool use and you must have a reservation Friday through Sunday. Contact your property manager ASAP if you want a reservation because we were only able to go one time for two hours. Overall very good experience!
